Built on difficult terrain near the heart of Mont Saint-Hilaire, this newly constructed home had to meet with a number of topographical challenges. Each landscaped area has been optimized. The relaxation area under the staircase offers an incomparable view of the wooded terrain. Installed on the land’s lowest level, the self-supporting swimming pool as well as an adjacent garden-level patio add depth to the ensemble.
In front, well-balanced ambient lighting showcases the shapes and textures of the plantings and bring a touch of warmth to the house’s stone facade.
